Description of Services:
Short-term program for people who have limited access to mental health services * develops treatment plan with client and their primary healthcare practitioner * services may include:

  • psychiatric consult and recommendations
  • nursing assessment and treatment
  • psychotherapy treatment
  • psychosocial interventions
  • life coaching
  • referrals to community resources and services
