Intensive case management and housing supports for women with substance use disorder, who are involved in, or have completed, an addiction treatment program, and who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are inadequately housed * supports include counselling, life skills, crisis intervention and prevention, and referrals to community services and supports
