Chemotherapy/immunotherapy given by certified oncology nurses
dietitian services
on-site oncology pharmacists
oral anticancer follow up program
social work support for newly diagnosed patients and patients/families who need psychosocial support
dietitian support for nutritional needs
blood transfusions, intravenous therapy such as hydration, central venous and catheter management
links to home care, community services and support (e.g. transportation to clinic appointments, cancer support groups, etc.
Osler's oncology urgent clinic supports cancer patients having symptoms from their cancer or side effects from their cancer treatment. For patients having a symptom or concern about their cancer, call the oncology nurse and the patient will be referred to this clinic, if needed
