Toronto General Hospital: Eaton Building - Ground Fl, Rm 455 (EG-455) in the Diagnostic Test Centre * near the Elizabeth St entrance
Toronto Western Hospital: Main Pavillion - 1st Fl, Rm 1M-405 in the Blood Collection ECG Lab * near the Nassau St entrance
Princess Margaret Cancer Centre: main building – Ground Floor, Room 623 (M-623).
