Offers an 8-week education and exercise program for people with knee and hip osteoarthritis (OA) delivered by a certified therapist
Teaches participants the right way to move to reduce OA symptoms, reduce pain, take fewer amounts of pain medication and allow for increased physical activity and quality of life
