Description of Services:

Swallowing assessment and follow-up services for adults who have or are suspected of having swallowing difficulties, and are at risk of aspiration pneumonia, dehydration, and malnutrition

Conditions treated: Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) with or without the following complications:

Aspiration
Pneumonia
Dehydration
Malnutrition

Services offered:

Speech-Language Pathology assessment and treatment, with the option of a videoflouroscopic swallowing study
