One-Link * services are also offered to older persons with mental health issues, including behavioural and psychological complications associated with neurodegenerative diseases
Services provided include:
- community-based psychiatric assessment, treatment, counselling and case management for clients and their family members
- medication clinic offers medium-term, hospital level medication management for adults diagnosed with serious and persistent psychiatric illnesses * services include administration of long-acting injection medications, and assessment and monitoring of symptoms and medication side effects
- psychotherapy services for depression, anxiety and concurrent disorders * services include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness CBT and is delivered via group or individual therapy
- linkages to other health services and community supports
