Description of Services:

Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation for people who have had a liver transplant * services provided by physicians, psychiatrists, and post-transplant coordinators

Progression and Maintenance levels of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality, or prevent functional decline or injury, or to maintain functionality
