Description of Services:
Hospital-based outpatient program for people who have swallowing disorders * services may include:
nutrition assessment
oral motor assessment
clinical swallowing assessment
videofluoroscopy swallowing study
fiberendoscopic evaluation of the swallow
Services provided by a speech language pathologist and registered dietitian
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
