Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation for people who have complex acquired brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, or have had a stroke * services provided by neuropsychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, physiatrists, physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, speech language pathologists, and massage therapists
Complex Musculoskeletal Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
Specialize in the rehabilitation of individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions * offer a range of outpatient rehab services * interdisciplinary team includes Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists and Assistants, Physiotherapists and Assistants, Social Worker, and Physicians
Dental Services
Dental services to patient with special needs who cannot be accommodated in most community dental offices
Electromyography (EMG) Clinic
Support the diagnosis and management of peripheral nerve disorders * assist patients recover from traumatic injury and illness, hip fractures and joint surgery
Falls Prevention Program (Progression)
10-week program of group education and exercise sessions for older adults to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls
Geriatric Medicine Clinic (Progression)
Hospital-based outpatient program for older adults who have complex conditions associated aging * provide assessments as well as referrals to community support services, if needed
Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic (Progression)
Assessment and treatment of older adults with mental health problems * make suggestions to other appropriate services and provide some limited follow-up therapy
Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation Outpatient Services (Progression)
