Service for children 1 day old up to their 18th birthday
with medical or surgical health concerns requiring additional assessment and
management of care by a multidisciplinary team
Depending on the child's needs the care team may include: child life specialist, dietitian, nurse, paediatrician, pharmacist, physiotherapist, registered respiratory therapist, social worker, surgeon
