Description of Services:

Investigates the possible causes of a stroke or TIA (mini stroke) and assists with strategies to prevent an occurrence or reoccurrence of symptoms
Key activities, conducted in individual or group formats are:

Blood pressure monitoring
Education and counselling
Lifestyle modification
Lipid management
Risk factor management
