Eligibility / Target Population
Individuals 18 years of age and older diagnosed with mental health issues and who:
do not have the supports to function daily
require advocacy
agree to live cooperatively with others
agree to follow house rules
meet the selection criteria
Crisis Stabilization Unit: Individuals 16 years of age and older experiencing a mental health crisis and are requiring short term crisis stabilization

Description of Services:
Provides transitional housing and support for individuals living with a mental health issue and requiring temporary accommodations
Offers accommodations in a group living setting consisting of a single dwelling with common kitchen, living room, bathroom and individual bedrooms
Provides the following services:
Advocacy
Client-centred goal planning
House meetings
Integration assistance when re-entering society
Linking to other services and supports
Medication management
Recreation, social and life skills
Service coordination
Supportive counselling
Symptoms management
Crisis Stabilization Unit
Works in partnership with Kenora Rainy River Crisis Response Services to offer a stabilization unit for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
