Friendly Visiting - Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone or are identified as someone who would benefit from this program * volunteers are matched one to one with older people
Telephone Reassurance - Regular phone calls to check on the health and safety of people who live alone or people who are identified as those who would benefit from this program * checks are done by trained and screened volunteers
