An initiative that makes it easier to access health care and social services in French in the Sarnia-Lambton region. This centre provides information, resources, and support to help Francophones find services that respect their language and culture. The goal is to improve the experience of Francophone patients and promote fair, inclusive care for the entire community. We are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a foot care and blood pressure clinic, offering accessible service in French to meet the needs of our community.
 
Community Navigators are here to find the resources and supports available to help people play an active role in accessing the many programs, supports and services throughout Lambton County. Their role is to actively listen to you and suggest local sources of help and support tailored to your needs.
 
A directory of French-language services helps individuals access health care, social services, and community programs in French, ensuring support that respects their language and contributes to the identity-building of Francophones.


Here are several programs and services offered by the Hub to support our francophone community in Sarnia-Lambton:
 
A community service centre that supports Francophones in their professional and personal journeys. Whether it’s finding a job, getting training, developing skills, or accessing local resources, the team offers personalized support in French to help each person integrate and succeed in the community.
 
A gathering place for Francophones and Francophiles in the region. It offers a variety of activities, cultural events, educational programs, and French-language services for all ages. Its mission is to promote the French language, celebrate Francophone culture, and strengthen connections within the community.
