    • Welcome to Lambton app, a user-friendly, personalized guide to support newcomers to Lambton County with integrated translation. The app connects users with community programs and settlement services, provides personalized pre- and post-arrival checklists, and delivers guidance on how to complete important tasks like finding a home, searching for a job, and locating childcare and healthcare.You can download the Welcome to Lambton app on your mobile device through the App Store and Google Play Store. 
           
  • Ministry of Health Refugee HealthLine 1-866-286-4770
    • Supporting newly arriving refugees with a toll-free, multi-lingual, healthline to connect with health care providers who deliver transitional health care services, including primary care, specialist care, and mental health supports. 

      Refugees, Resettlement Assistance Programs, sponsors, and settlement agencies can contact the Refugee HealthLine to find a matching health care provider for services funded by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), the Interim Federal Health Program, or through provincial programs.The HealthLine will refer agencies/individuals to the closest providers capable of taking on eligible patients for transitional care.
