For those nearing the end-of-life or suffering from a grievous (very serious) and irremediable (impossible to reverse) medical condition, you may be talking to your physician or nurse practitioner about your options for treatment and care. Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) may be one of the considerations. Access to a Community MAiD Location in Lambton County 

For those wishing to have provision of MAiD outside of their own home, consider contacting a local funeral home for more information on their available services.  Please only reach out after being approved through the provincial application process.
